Court Square

The Court Square office building is located in the heart of downtown Memphis, TN and sits on the historic, yet renovated, Court Square.  Constructed in 1903, the building originally housed the regional Welcome Wagon offices and later was home to the local newspaper The Commercial Appeal.  In 2008, the structure was redeveloped into office space, restoring the grand architecture of the exterior.  The building is anchored by Bank Tennessee on the ground floor.  The upper floors provide picturesque views of the Square and the Court Square Fountain (Fountain of Hebe).  The building is within walking distance of the Shelby County Courthouse, FedEx Forum, Beale Street, the Main Street Mall & trolley system, the Mississippi Riverwalk, and dozens of restaurants.
