9/27 is an 85,211 square foot strip shopping center strategically located at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 27 in Natick, MA. This center includes a diverse tenant mix that includes an appropriate blend of service, convenience, and destination uses. Super Stop & Shop (62,198 sf), the dominant regional supermarket, anchors the center. Tenants include UPS Store, Scottrade, Haircuts Ltd., Panera Bread, and others.
Natick’s Music Go Round holds free Bluegrass jams in their store from 7pm to 9pm on the third Wednesday of every month. The jam is hosted by Banjo and Bluegrass teacher, Mr. James Robinson. The public is welcome and all skill levels are encouraged to attend. If you don’t have an instrument, you can use one from the store!
Finard Properties is pleased to welcome Aspen Dental to the Natick 9/27 Shopping Center. Aspen Dental, one of the largest and fastest-growing providers of denture and dental care services in the U.S. will be occupying 4,030 square feet in the former Glenwood Kitchens space. Construction in the space is currently underway.
Music-Go-Round and Stop and Shop had a concert and barbecue at the Natick 9/27 Shopping Center. It was held on Sunday, July 11 and was a benefit for the Natick High School Volleyball Team. Limelight played to an enthusiastic audience. The lineup for the rest of the summer is as follows:

We are very excited to have two new tenants join the Natick 9/27 shopping center; Music Go Round and Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Five Guys Burgers and Fries is one of the nation’s fastest growing food chains. They started approximately 25 years ago in Virginia and are now expanding throughout the country. Five Guys occupies 3,394 sf on the Route 27 facing side of the shopping center. Music Go Round buys and sells instruments, sound gear, and accessories. They have been a great addition to the shopping center and the Metro West region. MGR occupies 3,600 sf on the Route 9 facing side of the shopping center.

The facade renovations are complete. These renovations included framing up the existing facade to match the height of Panera’s facade (including the roof area), installing new hardie siding and trim boards on the fascia areas, and adding a new cap on the corner element of Panera Bread.
